Hello from Hong Kong!

Hello from Hong Kong! 

I have wanted to keep everyone updated on our new life here in Hong Kong and have decided to keep a blog in order to do so. I will post on everything from daily adventures around the city, to our neighborhood and much more! 

After a cancelled flight and additional night in Chicago, Ryan and I finally made it to Hong Kong last Friday after a 16 hour flight. After a taxi ride to our apartment building, Ryan gave me the tour of our new apartment, which took all of 10 minutes. Many people have asked for pictures, and those will come, once it is finished!

Here is a picture of the outside of our building. We are on the 19th floor! 

 

We are on the island of Hong Kong, in the area known as the Mid-Levels. It is situated on a hill, which means lots of leg work getting to and from the apartment building. Here is a look at our streets to the main area.

Each day has been bringing a new adventure for me getting our apartment put together.
